How to check the signal strength or connection state?

When the Qingping Temp & RH Barometer Pro S is not displaying the network signal strength, you can press the button on the top of the device to manually trigger the connection. During the connecting process, the network signal icon will blink. Once connected successfully, the signal icon will remain stable for 10 seconds. If the connection fails, the signal icon will blink for a while and then disappear.

Is it always connected to the internet?

No. To save battery power, the Qingping Temp & RH Barometer Pro S connects to the internet periodically. By default, it reports data once an hour, but you can configure the reporting frequency, data recording intervals, threshold notifications, and alarm conditions via the Qingping IoT app or website.
