Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Qingping!

If the product you purchased from the Qingping Shop has any quality issues within 30 days, you may request a return for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons.

Return Process

1. Request a Return

Go to your order page via the email link ("View your order") and click "Request return" in the top right corner.

2. Contact Us

Email shop-support@qingping.co with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.

3. Get Return Label

We will email you a return label once your request is approved. You can return most items for free at convenient locations, typically within a 5-mile radius of your address.

4. Refund

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 5–7 business days.
